Mobile Print Stations

Black and white and color printing are available at each Mobile Print Station, with multiple ways to print and pay. Mobile Print Stations are located across campus and in many residence halls:

On-Campus

  • Eshleman Hall, 1st floor lobby
  • MLK Jr. Student Union, 2nd floor
  • Sproul Hall, 1st floor lobby
  • Goldman School of Public Policy
    • 2465 Le Conte Avenue, 1st floor, rm 101

Off-Campus

UC Berkeley students can use their Wepa print acounts to access print stations at any institution that also uses Wepa!

How do I print?

There are multiple convenient ways to print. Choose from any of the following options to send your print job to our printing vendor, Wepa:

  • Go to https://wepanow.com/login/berkeley (CalNet Authentication required). From there, either upload a document or select from your linked cloud storage account. 

  • Download the Wepa Mobile App (Android or iOS) and follow the instructions in app

  • Download the Wepa print driver to your personal computer. Once downloaded, open your document, choose “file > print” and select the Wepa printer. 

  • Using your [CalNetID]@berkeley.edu email, email your documents to print@wepanow.com

After you’ve sent your print job to Wepa, you can pick it up at any Print Station: 
  • Log in to your Wepa account using your CalNet ID or via the Mobile App at any Print Station
  • Select the documents you want to print
  • Choose your payment method
  • Collect your prints

Print jobs will be held for 6 days. After 6 days, you will need to re-upload your document and/or re-send it to Wepa. 

Additional methods to print:

  • Log in to your Box or GoogleDrive account directly at any print station and select from your cloud storage

  • Select from your own USB drive at any Print Station

How much does it cost?

  • $0.07 B&W Single Sided

  • $0.13 B&W Double Sided

  • $0.35 Color Single Sided

  • $0.68 Color Double Sided

*please note: printing costs are ~2 cents higher per page at International House

What forms of payment are accepted?

You can pay at each print station using:

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

  • ApplePay

  • Pre-loaded funds from your Wepa account

NOTE: You CANNOT use Cal1Card or credit card to pay at the print station. However, you can use credit card to pre-load your account. 

  • To deposit funds into your Wepa account, you can use the Wepa Mobile App or select “Deposit Funds” from the web browser. Funds can be pre-loaded in set increments ($5, $10, $15, $20, $25, $50).

Can I use the Mobile Print Stations if I am not a UC Berkeley student?

Yes, anyone with a Wepa printing account from any institution can print from the Mobile Print Stations.

Open Computing Facility

The Open Computing Facility offers 200 pages of FREE printing per semester (limited to 20 pages per day). They are located in 171 MLK Student Union. It can be accessed through the main MLK building or via the tunnel by the stairs between Upper and Lower Sproul. Be sure to bring your student ID with you!

Your Academic/Major Department

Some departments on campus offer printing in their departmental offices or student centers. Check with your Academic/Major Adviser to see if departmental printing options are available to you.  

Campus Libraries

Printing is available for a small fee at most libraries across campus. Check out the library's Print & Scan page for the most updated list of available locations & pricing. 

Note: You can only use your Cal1Card to pay for printing at campus libraries. The library printers do not accept any other form of payment. Add money to your Cal1Card online (fastest), by mail, or in person.
