Financial Resources

Complete a Cost of Adjustment (COA) form with the Financial Aid & Scholarships Office. While this usually comes in the form of a loan to purchase a laptop, there are times when it can be provided as a grant, dependent on your financial need.
- DSP technology grants for students who require assistive technology not provided by STEP.
- There are some vendors who provide student discounts for purchasing your own device(s).
Short Term Loans
- The Moffitt Library Lending Program provides short-term laptop and technology lending.
Wi-Fi Resources & Troublesooting Support

If you are attending classes in-person this year, you may use eduroam whenever on campus.
- If you are experiencing connectivity issues with the campus housing network, we recommend calling the Student Helpdesk for troubleshooting assistance.
- If you are attending classes remotely, we encourage you to look into off-campus internet resources
Printing

Software
- This website will help you quickly identify and access campus licensed software. Check out the software eligibility tool, and the Software Catalog to see what's available for students, faculty, staff, and certain campus affiliates.
Free On Campus Tech Support
- You may contact or visit any Student Helpdesk location for free tech support including but not limited to, troubleshooting personal devices, installing software, hardware maintenence and minor repairs and setting up your CalNet account.
